About this dashboard

Each month, per SKU, this reconciles physical warehouse stock: Calc EOM = Stock BOM + Restock − Units out, then Diff = Actual EOM − Calc EOM. A non-zero diff flags stock that recorded movements don’t explain — for finance/ops to investigate. Product names come from il.odoo_product_template.

Entities & segments

  • GmbH · D2C — stock in POZ1+POZ2 (Poznań), reconciled against units shipped from those warehouses (Shopify DE/FR/PL/UK/CR/Office, internal transfers, Amazon).
  • GmbH · Retail — stock at Dachser (DCH/Stock) from ol.stock_inventory; units out from Retail Bot.
  • Ltd · D2C — stock in NOT1 (Nottingham), reconciled against UK shipments.
  • Ltd · Retail — under development.

Retail — data status

Dachser stock snapshots (DCH/Stock) begin 17 Jul 2026, so no month yet has both a start-of-month and end-of-month snapshot. Full BOM→EOM reconciliation for Retail therefore begins with August 2026. Until then the Retail tab shows Retail Bot sales and the latest Dachser stock.

Excluded (D2C, info only)

POS (in-person), cross-warehouse (e.g. UK shipped from POZ), and Retail Bot / non-Hive flows are not subtracted in the D2C Calc.
